Requirements

We're Seeking Individuals With:
  • Strong knowledge of biochemistry, plant biology, microbiology, and soil science
  • Hands-on experience with laboratory techniques and analytical methods
  • Self-starter mindset and ability to take initiative
  • Interest in nanotechnology and sustainable agriculture
  • Must be a current undergraduate college student or graduate college student
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and communicate effectively across departments
  • Attention to detail and commitment to scientific rigor

Responsibilities

Core Responsibilities (10-15 hrs/week):
  • Assist in the testing and evaluation of nano fertilizers, nano plant food, and nano cleaners
  • Conduct experiments on plant growth, soil health, and microbial activity
  • Analyze data and prepare reports on experimental results
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams on product development
  • Maintain accurate and detailed laboratory records
  • Participate in ongoing research and development projects
