How long is the Shelf Life?

Shelf life can last around 12 months or longer. It all depends on how it is stored. Store our products in a cool dark place to maximize shelf life. Always shake our products before applying to maximize results.

Where is our products manufactured?

We are a new climate tech startup located in Newburgh, IN. Our products are made in America and majority of our materials are sourced from USA based companies.

Is it safe?

All of our products have undergone testing and are in the process of being certified to be organic/non-toxic.

Our own preliminary results proves that our products are biodegradable, biocompatible, are safe for humans and the environment. We use biobased materials like food waste and we convert it into useable safe nanocarbons like graphene, carbon quantum dots, and carbon nanotubes that can be used in wide range of products.

Other nanotech products use toxic chemicals and manufacturing processes.

REFUNDS OR REPLACEMENTS

We hope everyone enjoys our products as much as we do, but if you're not satisfied with your order for any reason please reach out to us at sales@catena-nano.com and we will see how we can make it right.

If a refund is approved you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method. Remember it may take some time for the payment to post to your account. If a replacement is approved we will ship the replacement product to the address we have on file for your order.

We only accept refund or replacement requests for products which were purchased on our website, so if you purchased the product from a retailer, third party seller, or distributor you will need to contact them directly to resolve the issue.
