We're Seeking Individuals With:

Core Responsibilities (10-15 hrs/week):



Create social media campaigns and produce engaging video content

Write SEO-optimized blogs and website content

Support crowdfunding campaigns through digital marketing

Craft compelling content for platforms like TikTok, Facebook, and LinkedIn

Track campaign metrics and generate reports

Collaborate on video advertising concepts

Make phone calls to potential clients

Send marketing emails

Attend in-person meetings

Perform other sales and marketing tasks as assigned

Compensation Structure:



10% royalty on gross revenue from product sales until $100,000 in royalties is reached

After $100,000, the royalty percentage decreases by 3% annually until it reaches 0.

An additional 2% commission after 100 units of any product are sold

Requirements:



Strong communication skills

Ability to maintain detailed records of sales activities

Commitment to submitting bi-weekly performance reports

Willingness to adhere to a strict confidentiality agreement
